1) All orders are online via our website. Custom orders and enquiries can be emailed to info@ecowudcandles.com.
2) We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days but in times of heavy volumes this could increase to 10 days to process. We will endeavor to keep you updated during the process.
3) Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by Australia Post we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate, additional costs may incur when incorrect details are given.
4) We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time before dispatch for any reason, examples of this include non-payment of ordered products.
5) The reselling of our product for commercial reasons is not given unless written permission is given, please send any enquiries to info@ecowudcandles.com.
6) Payment is to be made Paypal or , we do not and will not hold your credit card information
7) All our prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, GST is not charged. Note any advertised special offers are subject to availability and may end prior to the end date.
8) Any cancellation must be submitted prior to shipment if you do not wish to incur any related costs. To cancel your order please ensure you contact us via email at info@ecowudcandles.com
9) If you would like to alter your order please contact us urgently at info@ecowudcandles.com, please ensure you choose carefully when ordering as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind.
10) If you wish to return any products please ensure they are returned in the same state as which they were sent. We do not accept products that have been partially used. The Customer will be liable for the cost of the return shipping. Please return to Ecowud Candles, PO Box 195, Wudinna SA 5652.
11) We will ensure that all products are packed safely but unfortunately we cannot supervise the parcel when enroute to you. If you wish to ensure your parcel is covered for damage please choose the postage with insurance option.
12) Your privacy and personal data is of upmost importance to us and your information will only be used during the ordering process. We will never sell or distribute this information to a third party.
